Can we talk devs?

Sooooo love the game, everything. “CHEFS KISS”, or is it LICK, or even SUCK 😏 whatever you may call it. But one thing I thought of when playing is that maybe after u finish the movie, you can have a chance to see the replay in the "theater mode"???? 😱😱😱 and maybe w some epic soundtrack per movie and cool third person cinematics to make it funny and really push it over the top! Amazing game. Keep it up broskiiisss

Reherse and shoot

Play through each scene in slow motion and then go, I thought it would not be challenging enough but I was wrong, it had me hooked from the start, each scene could be played in different ways which adds to the entertainment and with the developers promising more to come I think this will be a winner.

DEVS read my suggestions please

For the devs eyes only: The game itself, the movies, and the art style is great, but I have a couple recommendations. First of all, checkpoints. If you look at a similar game like super hot, they have only around 3 scenarios per checkpoint, but your game is split into around five scenes. This can make gameplay much less engaging because you constantly have to go through three or four scenes you already played for a retry on one later scene you can’t beat. If you could shorten the checkpoints to every three or four scenes, it would make gameplay much more engaging. Secondly, timing. You don’t really want to throw enemies and streams of bullets at the player immediately when they enter a scene, especially if it’s not the start of a scene and they switch from a previous scene straight into a scene with multiple dangers flying at them with no time to react. It would be much better if you gave the player about 1.5 seconds to register the scene before enemies start shooting and enter the scene.this makes it so the player spends more time dying to actual fights, and not getting shot immediately when entering a new scene because they can’t see the bullet that was shot at them immediately as the scene started flying at them. I would appreciate it if you respond as soon as possible, though I know you are taking a break from updates due to “unfortunate circumstances “ and obstacles. Hope you overcome these.

THE BEST SUPERHOT VR GAME SINCE SUPERHOT

FULL VIDEO REVIEW ON YOUTUBE. JUST SEARCH ‘GAMERTAG VR’ Action Hero looks and feels good to play and the one more go feeling you get while playing combined with the varying film environments ranging from Indiana jones, Jurassic Park, Matrix, inception and more makes for some cool set pieces creating some very cool levels and they mix it up enough to make each chapter or movie feel a little different, and just like superhot, moving your body to move time feels great and even though I love superhot and always recommend it, this is probably the 2nd best game of this genre. I am however a little disappointed in the presentation. Considering this is only available on Quest, they could of put some feel nice touches in especially for the Quest 3 version. After seeing games like Batman and Behemoth it’s clear Quest game can now look good if the developers has. The skills to do it, and Don’t get me wrong they aren’t bad and they definitely suit the game. In terms of content there’s currently 5 movie themes to play laid out similar to Pistol whip, it looks like there weekly challenges that get freshed and there’s collectibles throughout the stages shown as coffee cups and some of these are pretty hard to spot. Overall Action Hero been great fun to play and to see everything took me around 2 hours, but I soon went back in to look for the collectibles and try and get better times and scores. If your not a score chaser, beaware you might not be playing this for very long, BUT I also think this is a great game to pass the headset around, because it doesn’t really need any explanation apart from time moves when you move and these sort of games are funny to watch someone play in a headset. So maybe’ its a good one in time for Christmas so overall Action Hero gets a buy recommendation

Imagine Superhot Remastered

Such a cool concept, your basically an actor who plays in various movies shooting down enemies with different weapons doging bullets, stones, lasers and tonnes more. It is quite hard and tiring. Very tiring. Some scenes want to make me scream, others want me to enjoy the moment and feel like im there One thing I dont like. Say its a very hard act and you finish that one scene thats been annoying the crap out of you and took a tonne of tries to beat it then you loose to the next scene then have to do the act all over again? Should be at the start of the scene Anyway would recommend
