Amazing, but hear me out.

I love this game so much that I need more. I really want arcade games like pacman and Donkey Kong. I understand licensing might be an issue, but maybe knock off arcade cabinets that get the same idea across. I want larger arcade rooms, please, so all my games aren't smooshed together. Lazer tag would make multyplayer so amazing! I want more things to do so I can keep living in my arcade world.

The New Update Made a Good Game GREAT!

Checked out the new Retro indie vr update and was meet with a truly fantastic arcade filled with 18 unique games from the Pico 8 virtual system. You can find the new arcade across the road from your own arcade next to the Axe Throwing. I also found out you can add these arcade games into your own already existing arcade. Super cool update and so much work has gone into this since it launched. Love it and highly recommend it for arcade game lovers new and old.

So much potential! Needs love.

This game has a crazy amount of potential. On the surface, it's an arcade simulator! You can spin the wheel, play retro arcade games, and shoot some hoops! But underneath the surface, you realize it is so much more than that. It's a social environment! A place to hang out for people who don't have that option readily available in real life. Does your friend live in another country? Now you can go bowling together! Do you want to relax in an arcade environment? Take a seat and enjoy the ambiance! It has prizes, cosmetics, music, and more! With different options available, you can design your arcade how you want it! Over time, each arcade attraction you own makes your arcade money. You can use this money to purchase more arcade attractions! It's an amazing start to what could be one of the best games on the Meta store! However, unfortunately, the reality is that this game still needs more love and more time. I've sent my feedback to the devs via Discord. I hope they listen! The biggest issue is that in its current state, it lacks content. I can not, in good faith, recommend my friends, discord members, or people who watch my content to purchase this game yet. As of now, you can complete the entire game and get all that it has to offer within a few days. That wouldn't necessarily be a problem if you could find friends to take advantage of all the arcade activities. Meeting new people at the arcade is essential to keeping this game alive. But no one is online. The servers feel essentially dead. If you have the money, buy this game, and enjoy what they do have. Support the devs in Discord and urge them to do more with content. If you are cautious and have a budget, this game is not for you. It is not ready. But join the discord anyway and let them know what you want!

Awesome game!

I love the customization this game has to offer when creating your arcade, and love the games they have to offer so far! I can’t wait to see what the next update has to offer! Edit 05/15/23: with the most recent updates offering up to 6 new games it definitely improves the replay value if just playing on your own, one thing that I think would be an amazing inclusion is possibly lazer tag, one you could possibly play with npc’s or online with other users! But overall still love the game!
