To celebrate the release of Birdy King Land on the Oculus DK1 in 2014, BackLight is thrilled to bring you the "remastered" version of this iconic VR experience. Embark on a colorful ride for all audiences, half-way from a roller-coaster and an animated film, which will delight young and old alike.

Birdy King Land is the very first VR creation from the studio BackLight (which has since produced more than 85 VR projects including the escape game Eclipse, the incredible Toyland and Blanca Li's Le Bal de Paris). When it was released, Birdy King Land remained in the top 3 of the most downloaded experiences for months and was considered one of the best experiences to discover virtual reality. His funny and sensational universe has been around the world for 10 years and is still broadcast in entertainment venues on dynamic seats (you can reproduce this at home by moving the seat of those who live the experience!).
