Bounce Shot is the family-friendly version of the popular college game!

Players take turns attempting to throw ping pong balls into their opponent’s cups, making them disappear. The first player or team to remove all their opponent’s cups wins.

But there’s a twist…

Bounce shots can remove two cups in one go, but also allow the defending player the chance to swat the ball away.

From the same folks who brought you the critically-acclaimed, Eleven Table Tennis, this game is simple to learn but deceptively challenging to master. Use the motion controllers to adjust the speed and angle of your throw to outthink and bluff your opponent.

And trust us on this one… that delicious chime in your brain when you sink a perfect arcing shot into an opponent’s cup NEVER gets old.

Bounce Shot is a game suitable for all ages and skill levels, even those who are brand-new to VR. Want your grandparents (or your grandchildren) to have their first crack at virtual reality? This is the perfect game to introduce them to the experience.

Bounce Shot features include:

  • 3 stunning play environments w/original music
  • Practice mode for perfecting your play
  • AI opponents of 5 different skill levels
  • Private rooms for you and up to 7 friends
  • 1v1, 2v2 or 1v2 multiplayer matches
  • More game modes to come soon…

Low price, low quality.

Can’t believe this is from the same creators as Eleven Table Tennis — one of the best feeling and most user configurable VR titles I’ve ever had the joy of playing. This game certainly justifies its low cost by being of much lower quality than Eleven, most noticeably in the disappointing feel of the crucially main mechanic: the simple act of tossing a ping pong ball. I did try various settings of shot power and aim assist on/off as the settings allow, but regardless, the ball would always seem to have an unnatural desire to drop heavy to the table, almost as if there’s some underlying design that attempts to force bounce shots as opposed to clean air shots. For me the feeling reached levels of uncanny valley in terms of VR motion controls to user expectations of motion and physics. Since I can’t get any type of throwing in this game to feel correct for me as I would expect from having played the real world equivalent of drink-pong, I’m going to refund and hope the devs put much more love and care into their future titles as they did with their breakout table tennis game.

Everyone’s favorite party game

This game is a perfect representation of beer/water pong. It is really cool how they incorporated the bounce shot with being able to defend it. Most pong games don’t have the bounce shot at all. Having the option to play against bots or join public lobbies is neat. Practice your shot against the bots so you’re ready to dominate the competition online. Overall if you like pong, this game is absolutely perfect for you. It is also great practice for when you play IRL.

Kick Back and Bounce

Bounce Shot has its hooks in me…this is the perfect game to jump into any time to unwind and have fun. There is something so satisfying about the gameplay loop, and I feel like the devs really nailed both the physics and feel of shooting a “pong ball”. After playing Eleven VR’s ping pong game, I thought I was going to have to worry about tennis elbow, now I’m wondering if I’ll end up with bounce shot elbow…ok now back to the table!

Virtual Beer Pong - No Mess / Hang Overs

I'm late to the party so this is pretty much a single player game at this point. It's still fun to play against AI. It's a very basic game of just beer pongs, but does have a few different tables and even one MR table. Physics feel excellent and since it's made by the same team as Eleven Table Tennis I'm not shocked. If anything, this should just be added to Eleven Table Tennis at this point as maybe a cheap DLC. Cool game to show people that are new to VR to get use to toss a ball and using a controller.

Good simulation but…

Very hard to figure out correct throwing motion to toss balls into cups without bouncing them. Also, wish there was the option to not allow opponents to bat away balls that are bouncing towards cups.
