I am a new fan of Soccer and purchased this app so I could watch more games and see interviews with the players. I can see the lobby but when I point to the spot I am told to point, the app appears to be trying to load and then, a prompted message appears stating try back later. I have now been trying back later for 5-6 weeks. Help.

It's not 3D, therefore not immersive. And the 2D 360 video quality is very low.

When I go in the app and tap the city logo a message says failure to connect try again later. I've tried many times app isn't working.
