Highly immersive and replayable

Great fun chaos or cure, up to you. Lots of props, npcs reactions are varied enough not to get bored. Performance on q3 could be smoother, but QGO helped. Lots of ailments and props. Would love to see a surgery table where patients must lie down and become a mini game similar to the old Operation game where you must carefully extract or transfer organs etc. for the money, the replay value and laughs are def off the charts and a must buy for sandbox enthusiasts. Devs, keep doing a great job!

I am Doctor

Play as a doctor in the most crazy and wacky ways. Cure patients with unique and non-traditional procedures. Or cause chaos by using unethical, immoral, and illegal procedures to the most annoying patients. But if you want to get paid to unlock all the treatment options in the medicine cabinet, be nice, do the right thing, and earn positive reviews. Hilarious Fun!

Crazy Doctor keeps surprising me even after quite a few hours in. The idea is simple but really addictive: you take on the role of a doctor, doing your best to cure patients of all sorts of strange ailments. At the start, you’ve only got the most basic tools and very little to work with. That means you have to focus on the essentials: taking care of your patients, keeping them happy, and trying not to mess anything up. As you succeed, you start earning more money and building up your reputation. That’s when the game really opens up, because you can unlock more advanced diagnostic tools and buy proper medical equipment. Suddenly, you’re running a much more professional-looking practice… or at least, trying to! I like how the game balances between being lighthearted and challenging. You never know what kind of patient is going to walk through the door next, and figuring out their condition feels rewarding. But you also have to be careful, without proper training (and with some questionable methods), you can get some extremely shocking treatment results... Overall, Crazy Doctor is a quirky, entertaining VR experience, with that “just one more patient” kind of pull that keeps you coming back. If you enjoy slightly offbeat VR titles that mix fun with a bit of chaos, this one is definitely worth checking out.

Add more vips

So I love the game and the funny things you can do but there’s not enough stuff after getting all the items so here’s my idea add happiness 3 with puppys and new vips also new sickness inflated it’s like bloating but instead of a carrot it’s a helium tank and after that you take it out you have to get a pump to make them normal and when they have it they are inflated like a balloon
