Manual V0 Adjustment Needed!

GAIM is a great simulator, but the fixed bullet speed (V0) creates a serious problem for driven-hunt training. Many modern hunting bullets are much faster than the speeds GAIM uses. My .30-06 load is 960 m/s, but GAIM simulates it much slower (~820–850 m/s). A slower bullet means a much bigger lead is needed in GAIM than in real life. On a driven hunt (40–80 m), this difference is big enough that a hunter who trains with GAIM could easily aim too far forward in real life — which can lead to wounded game. This is why a simple option to enter real muzzle velocity (and BC) is essential. Without it, GAIM teaches the wrong timing and wrong lead for many modern hunting loads.

Great but a loooooong way to go

The experience in VR is great, and addictive in a positive way. The different scenery and game experience is super nice. You practise and become a better Hunter in a realistic environment. It could easy be a 5 star from me. However… Unfortunatley the trigger system/Bluetooth connection is more or less crapp. Its unstable, switches off in the midle of a game, and does some times not work at all. Gaim should fix this matter and replace the trigger mechanism, and send new ones that work to everyone who has bought this. It could have been a full score, but the Bluetooth issue is super annoying and destroys the overall impression.

Excellent customer service

With the a hindsight i had a rather lame question to GAIM. I sent it early afternoon on the 24th of December. Frankly, i expected to receive the answer sometime after Xmas (and that would have been perfectly reasonable). Instead i received a clarification question at around 7 pm on the 24th. I answered it prior to midnight. Guess what! I received the full assistance in the morning of the 25th…Very polite and helpful answer. I am amazed….Thank you GAIM!

Demo

You can get the 2 demo levels for free but the only issue is that you have to pay like $49 at least to get any fun scenarios, I believe that it should at least give you a demo sporting clays level to be able to customize your target presentation. Overall decent game though, but still way too overpriced. I would rate it a lot higher if a game developer would take my opinion into consideration.
