Not worth it

It's expensive and the only thing it can do that free ones don't is it will turn your photos and videos into 3d, but you have to pay for that too. You get one free photo a day and one free video total. You can't view your gallery with someone else unless the other party has the same files on there end, which the free apps do as well. You can a way better deal turning your pictures to 3d somewhere else

Best Media Viewing App for VR Content

A brilliant app with many handy features. The auto-detection feature works well. I don't have to tag or label the content beforehand. Occasionally, the aspect ratio is wrong, but easily corrected. The voice control feature is pretty cool. Once you start using it, you won't look back. VR180 content from my Canon dual fisheye lens looks amazing. Disable the lens mask option in the EOS VR utility when converting your images to equirectangular format. There's a special option in ImmerGallery that crops the images slightly to hide the camera lens which are captured in the original photo. Highly recommended.

Excellent app and great support!

I bought this app to view old Fuji 3D pictures and was surprised not only by it's quality and ease of use, but also it's ability to modify the image format to correct (in the case of people like me) 3D photos taken with the wrong settings. I was able to view photos that I never thought I would see again! It also supports 180/360 degree. The developer is super helpful and friendly, and I look forward to seeing where this app goes in the future.

Awesome for 360 pics

That’s simply that . I watched tons of tutorials on how to watch my own private 360 pictures on my quest 3 , but whatever I did , my 72mp 360 pictures , as nice as they are on tv or laptops , were showing very poorly in the native image viewer . I was kind of short of options as many video players promise to let you watch pics but they are in fact very limited. So I gave ImmerseGallery a try. Ok , don’t get me wrong , it’s pricey , 30 bucks are not always easy to put out when it comes to something you could expect as a native feature of your VR headset . But hear me out , it is frankly worthy of the price . Seriously, all my 360 pics are nice and crispy , as if they have been upscaled, and without any degradation. That’s a revelation. I still don’t know for videos , gonna try this soon , but if you are looking for a very good image viewer , that’s the way to go .

Fantastic

This app is much needed if you like creating and viewing your own 3d media. I love how you can make it more immersive by adding sound and special effects. I have some old Cardboard camera 360 images which I view in 2d. It would be nice if I could make them stereoscopic which I think the old Google app used to do. I am now taking spatial video on my iPhone 15 pro and also spatial photos using the Spatialify iphone app. Currently I need to export them from the app as side by side versions so ImmerGallery can view them. I export to dropbox which I load up in the MetaQuest browser to download to the headset. It would be good in the future if ImmerGallery recognised Apple’s spatial format for both video and photos so no conversion is needed. I see this is already promised for video in the future. Keep up the good work! Even basic stuff like sorting by date is so useful and woefully missing from Metas Files app.
