Go woke go broke

Match Point Tennis nails the tennis action, but its avatar system is a woke trainwreck that screams “go woke, go broke.” With just one or two tan avatars and no clear Caucasian options, it’s reverse racism disguised as DEI, excluding players who want representation. Why ditch Meta’s Avatar 2.0, which Eleven Table Tennis uses for real diversity—custom skin tones, body types, the works? This lazy, preachy setup kills immersion, makes multiplayer feel like a DEI seminar, and leaves you stuck with avatars that don’t reflect you. Devs, stop pushing agendas and plug in Meta’s system for true inclusion, or watch players serve you a loss. Fix this or flop! Oh readers - mark this as **Helpful** So this will be the top review to stain their leftist cult business practice and make things change.

Exceptionally fun, but critical flaw

The game is great, with tennis physics that feel realistic as a real tennis player. The one critical flaw is that players can move all the way up to the net. This allows anyone to easily smack any ball that comes their way straight down at maximum speed, ending the point with no skill involved. This becomes a problem especially in ranked matches when players with rush the net on every point for the sole purpose of smacking the ball down to auto end play. It ruins the otherwise realistic feel of the game, and makes ranked matches a waste.

Would rate a zero and deleting

This was absolutely awful. The physics were horrendous Dose not matter the direction of your racket, your form, or the power of swinging the ball will go far short left or right however feels I've watched balls go through my racket after contact with the hit sound. I can swing full force and the ball not even make it half way to the net. I've vallied and it acted like the densest ball no bounce just hit and dropped I barely touched the ball for a drop shot and sent it to the moon. The Wii sports had better physics This was a free trial essentially, and I still want my money back

Stuck on loading

Finding difficulty loading app as it sticks on "Connecting to Server". Please advise as I see there are now a few reviews asking about this issue. Turned out it was a temporary problem. All good now and can play my favourite game again.

Bad update :-( Just no fun anymore.

After the latest update, I have to lower my rating to one star. When I bought it, it was fantastic. Now, before every serve, there's a glitch and you get transported 2 metres away from the court. Terrible! I also understand that you want to make money by selling fancy clothes for the avatars, but the gaming experience was better before. And now I either have no arms or have to look at the inside of my upper body while playing. That's really not necessary.
