Out Of Order

It's 31 October 2026, nearly midnight. You've walked home through a Madrid full of costumes and all you want is your sofa and your bed. Then the lift in your building takes you somewhere else.

Out Of Order is a narrative horror escape room. The old lift at Calle del Desengaño 9 always leaves you at your own door, but every ride takes you further back in time: 1999, 1974, 1958… Each visit is your home frozen in another era, with other neighbours, other secrets and a puzzle standing between you and the way out.

Your only help is Anselmo, the porter, who picks up the phone at any hour. He'll help you, as long as you do him a few favours.

Dread builds through sound, light and what you half-see from the corner of your eye. • Hands-on puzzles: hidden keys, a fuse box, a boiler, a dark cellar maze and a game of hide-and-seek you won't forget. • Detailed homes from different decades on a real Madrid street. • Optional phone hints, from none to step by step. • Two endings. Languages: fully voiced and subtitled in English and Spanish (Spain).
