I love it!

I have to agree with Phinehas! It’s a cool game! I love it. The concept of the game is perfect! Using stealth to operate on open water is a thrill and exciting! I didn’t think I’d ever get the hang of it but I did! Lol the aim is kinda sucky and they should work on that and as she said wasting bullets is a definite because you can’t really tell which side the targets are on. Other than that! It’s a winner! Great purchase!

The game the pros play

I’m both a former navy seal impersonator and an Olympic kayaker wannabe and this game seems accurate in both regards. Well I played Snake Eater and the Splinter Cell games and was really good at them. And I think this game is better. Don’t worry about graphics bro. This game looks fine. Real fine. Two thumbs up. From a pro. Of something or other probably. Good job. Real pro.

Took me 2.5 hours to realize it’s crap

In the very beginning i was captured by the sensation of riding a kayak in VR which is awesome, but sadly it took me a little too long to realize how bad this game is actually designed. Please don’t pay 30 bucks for this. You’ll regret it like I did. I’ve haven’t really played any stealth games before so I started on the “easy” level, but after playing one hour I realized how incredibly stupid your AI enemies are, so I put it on “medium”. After playing another 45 min, I still thought it was absolutely ridiculous how you can pass by enemies at 15 feet distance and they won’t notice you and I put it to “hard”. Even on hard this game is a total joke. Because you don’t need any “stealth” to succeed. Enemies are incredibly stupid and you can just shoot them and you’ll be fine. Sadly it took me 2.5 hours to figure this out and now I can’t get my money back. A joke of a game.

Too much kayaking, not enough action

I enjoyed the general concept of the game, and the mechanics are executed very well. However, after making it through the first level of the campaign (about 40 minutes of play time) I am going to be returning it for a refund. My issue comes down to one primary observation: I expected this game to be mostly about the action with a bit of kayaking, and the first level felt like about 60% kayaking and 40% action. Even then, it’s worth noting that the game incessantly reminds you that killing should be a last resort. I ignored this and killed every baddy I found because that’s the fun part to me: figuring out how to eliminate the enemies in the most efficient way possible without raising an alarm. But the game clearly wants you to kill as little as possible and rely on careful maneuvering and such to make it through without alerting the baddie. This means that if you played the game as directed, it would literally be about 90% kayaking and 10% other stuff. Even though it is done well, I bought this game because I thought it would be a Splinter Cell-style stealth assassin game with a kayak twist, but it has turned out to feel more like a kayak simulator with a stealth twist.
