At first it looks simple — punch some neon blocks, absorb others with your palm. But once the full grid starts coming at you, it gets serious. The 360° mode is wild. Being surrounded and trying to clear everything feels really satisfying. You actually have to stay focused the whole time. I like that it doesn’t rely on music or rhythm. It’s pure reaction and movement. After 20 minutes I was already feeling it in my shoulders. If you’re looking for something active that really uses hand tracking properly, this is worth trying.

Phase Shift is a refreshing VR experience. No music gimmicks, no rhythm matching - just pure reaction and focus as you move throught the grid. Simple concept, but surprisignaly intense and satisfying.

A very engaging VR experience that quickly pulls you into a rhythm of focus and fast reactions. The fist and palm mechanics are simple but feel very satisfying once you start mastering them. The increasing speed keeps the gameplay exciting, and the clean neon visuals make the experience even more immersive. Great for improving reflexes while having fun in VR.
