Wow, the space is dope…

I feel like exploring, movement is good, grappling hook - cool. I was a little afraid, that I will feel uncomfortable in space VR game, but flight feels surprisingly comfortable. Sometimes you have to beat the funny dumb chicken, but it's worth it :) Want to play more!

Spiderman in Space!

Chicken and cow are my favorite characters in the game! In general, it looks like a space quest with very cool control. And you will fly like a spider, collect resources, kill robots and do quests - and all you can do is the need to recharge your headset! Chicken jokes, awesome soundtrack and constant phone calls immerse you in the world of the game and do not let you go at all!

Really fun

I really like this game. The flying, the colorful graphics, the basic gameplay, I even like the satirical plot. But the chicken. Man, the chicken is NOT funny. The delivery is annoying and the jokes themselves aren’t funny anyway. Half the time they seem not to relate to anything that’s going on. And it never, NEVER stops. It’s just constantly chattering at you.. Can there please be a make the chicken shut up option? He needs to talk sometimes for exposition and instruction, but some way to make him quit endlessly jabbering would be much appreciated.

Not what I was hoping for but still good

I was really excited for this one, being a huge fan of the crafting survival game that came out on PC and consoles. I was a little disappointed when I finished the game in one 3 hour session though and was really disappointed to find out there was no base building or survival crafting elements like the game this was based off of. For the price i feel like there shoulda been more content and I really hope they update this game with more in the future. I think it would be awesome to give us our own plot of land in the form of one of those domed farms and let us build our own farms and bases/houses. And maybe make us have to periodically protect it from waves of enemies. There’s just so much wasted potential that could’ve made this go from a good game to a great one. As of right now I’d have to say wait for a sale, or wait and see if they announce future content because right now it’s not worth the 30$(CDN). It’s a fun game none the less I just hope this isn’t all we get because right now there’s no replayability and this game needs that desperately. The world’s full of resources with no need for 90% of them just a handful of each. I’ll give it 5 stars if they announce a base building/survival update this game is in desperate need of. Cheers

Amazing game and smooth turning is out!

Don’t get my star rating wrong…this is a great game so far. Especially if you’ve played the console version of Breathedge. Do not sleep on this game! The only reason I gave three stars was in hopes of getting the developers attention to some changes they should make in order to make the game more fun, and due to the fact not every game can be five stars when it’s missing certain functions all VR games should have. One thing is smooth turning. There is none. The option has you choose between increments of 15 degrees for snap turning, up to 90 degrees…but no smooth turning and speed option for smooth turning. This is the only function I feel every VR game needs to have. The second and final thing I’ve noticed, is when you go to grab the chicken companion, it’s not as easy. Most times the chicken floats away or turns around to face you making it hard to grip the handle behind its head. I’m constantly bringing up the menu and chicken to get a better grip on it. Other than those two minor things, which I think can be improved…the game is a lot of fun! It runs and looks great on my standalone Quest 3. Edit after Dev reply: Thanks for the quick reply and that you’re working on smooth turning! The chicken issue isn’t major…I just find that when opening your inventory and selecting the chicken, it just pops out in front of you and sometimes I try to grab the handle and it takes a few attempts. Maybe have the chicken auto gripped when grabbing from inventory? Another suggestion is having an actual inventory to view, like the console version, instead of viewing the inventory items from a creation console? I collect a ton of oxygen tanks but looking at inventory on hand it only shows 1 and no number of how many I actually have…only shows full count on creation table screen. Other than these few things I really do love this game! Great job on making a VR version, I just got the flying car spaceship so now it’s gonna get even more fun! Edit again: The smooth turning update made the game perfect. Thank you all so much for making a great VR Breathedge game. About the chicken idea…I did make a video but not sure how to get it to your team. But, just in case…just how when you bring the grav gun up and it’s instantly in your hand, maybe have that for the chicken. Sometimes it is hard to grab the handle on the first try, so having the chicken automatically be in your hand when grabbing from inventory may help. As always you should keep the ability to throw the chicken lol always fun doing that. One other thing, if you do update the chicken to auto be in your hand, maybe add a trigger function to initiate the scanning rather than it automatically starting when you grab the handle. Either way…this is a great game and I’m having a blast!
