This is a very special game

I had played it on PC, I was looking forward to try the VR version and I feel the same desire as if I saw it for the first time. Call Of The Sea, more than a game, is a gift for lovers of puzzles and good stories told in an immersive, colorful and exotic environment. It has something of Lovecraft, but not from the point of a horror title or the typical descent into madness of its characters. But it is a mysterious approach to what the ocean hides. The adventure could be lonely, since our protagonist has set out alone on this journey, but far from that, the feeling produced by the scenarios is familiar and comfortable. Also, the music accompanies in a great way at specific moments. Personally, I tend to get dizzy with the control in most games, but in this case the handling of the character is smooth and light. Trust me, it's a place you'll want to come back to. See you at sea

Enjoyable game!

Just finished the game and was happy I played it. It's a good game to relax and take your time in, reading all the notes, and listening to all the narrative parts to the end. I never looked at one of the in game hints, but did look at an ign.com guide one time to get out of a place where I was stuck. That was far better than watching a video. There are a couple of places I wish I had saved game spots: one at the end where you need to make your choice (so that you can see the other ending, too), and one at an underwater part where she says "The current is really strong here", since the next part is very fun and would be neat to repeat a couple of times. I loved the length of the game, and felt it made an excellent VR port. Also, watch the credits at the end all the way through, since there is a little more after they're done (as well as a cute baby picture). Plus, the song they sing at the end (Dear Old Pal of Mine from 1918) is lovely. You can find an old recording of it online if you search. Anyway, it was an engaging story, which I greatly enjoyed.

A decent (port) VR puzzle adventure!

Not as visually impressive looking as the PC pancake version but the core elements are there. The game feels natural and responsive to play with some head scratching puzzles. Search YouTube for Paradise Decay Call of the Sea VR for my IMPRESSIONS video.

I love this game, I wish Oculus would make more like it, all games don't have to be violent to be fun, this game proves it

Truly wonderful experience

Just finished this game and thoughrely enjoyed the experience, the puzzles were both challenging, intelligent and intuitive. The over arching story an absolute joy which brought me to tears on more than one occasion, This is a game I won't ever forget, it touched me very deeply.
