Connect the stars, explore the sky, admire. Calm, contemplative, and visually beautiful. Constellations: Touch the Stars particularly impressed me with its elegant simplicity and its ability to immerse the user in the immensity of the night sky. No timer, no fierce competition, just you, your hands, and the stars. Drawing a line between two stars, watching the constellation rise before you, discovering an ancient symbol: all of this creates a feeling of pure wonder. The hand tracking support, the fluidity of the gestures, and the dynamic position of the sky based on your location are choices that enhance the immersion. All 88 official constellations are at your fingertips! A beautiful meditative, educational, and relaxing experience from Parietal Lab, who previously offered us an excellent app with similar gameplay, Connectome.

A magical way to explore the heavens

CONSTELLATIONS is one of those rare experiences that immediately slows you down... in a good way! There is nothing yelling for your action or attention, as the game simply asks you to look up. As you scan the sky, constellations gently reveal themselves. You reach out, and connect the dots one line at a time. A harmonious bridge from the game we played in our youth, to relaxing educational fun for all ages, all set to a tranquil soundscape. The design is beautifully restrained. Visuals appear only when needed, and are clear and readable, guidance is minimal, and the ambient soundtrack offers a meditative rhythm. The developer takes a bold step to use new hand tracked gestures, which once learned, add value to the experience. I reached out to the developer concerning guidance for some of the new interactions, and he responded immediately, also informing me of the roadmap. This is the kind of virtual experience that deserves attention... because it offers a relaxing escape. Its in early access, yet well worth the price of a cup of coffee, and a game I will often revisit when a few moments of escape are needed.

Please add quest controller support

I like the concept but please add quest 3 controller support! Handtracking is so unprecise and laggy. Other than that the game needs so many hand gestures i am not able to remember.

Very relaxing experience

This is a very relaxing and chill ”connect the dots” experience. It’s cool that it’s the real night sky you’re exploring. The handtracking feels very solid. But sometimes it’s hard to reach the lower stars depending on how you sit. Would love a lay down mode!

Excellent way to learn the stars!

i've always wanted to learn the constellations but i could never visualize them in my mind, building them like an art project is really helping me understand!
