Fun game, but a few years late

Tough game, but pretty fun. The weapons are all pretty fun to use… just wish there was some sort of upgrade system though. Need a reason to advance other than just completing the level. Other than the lack of upgrades though, it’s a pretty solid arcade shooter. $10 seems pretty fair. Note: I actually score this game a 4/5 but seeing as I’m the first review, I don’t wanna tank the score.

Absolutely Fun game 🍺more add Hungarian subtitles please ! This is really recommended for ages 10 to 99! We played with a friend until our headset was completely drained and we really enjoyed it. More maps and I give it 6 stars :)

Excellent Shooter

Opulent and luxurious. Profound. A real treasure. Incredible. Amazing. Basically Swamp Attack on Android tablet made into VR.

What happened to the graphics?

I have the PSVR version and I really enjoy the atmosphere but the gameplay isn't that great. Its difficulty is punishing to the point where I can only take it in small doses before quitting in frustration. However it's still fun to play every once in a while so I was looking looking forward to playing it on the Quest 3's higher resolution display and without wires. Since this is a Quest 3 exclusive I imagined that the graphics would look at least as good as the eight year old PSVR version but to my surprise there's been a downgrade in visuals. For example there are no realtime shadows in the cabin menu area. This is odd since it's a small space with fairly simple cell shaded graphics. I don't understand why this is a Q3 exclusive if they don't even have real time shadows here. It looks like Quest 1 era graphics. Once you get to the swamp some water reflections are missing and the contrast is low so the environment looks a bit flat and lifeless. The atmosphere really takes a hit from the visual downgrades. There's also a serious UI issue. The health bar is pinned at the top of the field of view. It's partially cut off and difficult to see. It may be completely visible if you have the facial interface set to the smallest distance from the lenses but it would still be in an awkward location. On PSVR the health bar is in full view. The only reason I haven't requested a refund yet is because the difficulty is more forgiving in this version which is a major upgrade from the original, but if the developers don't reply to this review with promises to update the graphics before the refund window closes I'm going to request a refund and hope the game gets updated at a later date.
