A chill game to play by yourself.

It has a retro feel and the trailer looked a little dark but I decided to try it anyway because I’m sick of multiplayer games that have no one on them. It was super easy to just jump in and start having fun slashing at monsters and shooting bolts from my crossbow. It had d&d style story about some guy you are trying to find and things lead to you eventually fighting a dragon. I died many times till I figured it out how to beat it. Bad points - menus are a little janky but functional. The first 3 levels are pretty easy but then it starts to get hard. I’d love more spells to use and I’d like to find out what happened to the elf prince. After finishing all 13 levels I wanted more so I hope the developers come out with new quests to play.

Great adventure game!

Very nice graphics style, feels like I’m in another world! The sound is very atmospheric, and there is a lot of equipment to have fun with. I also love that there are NPCs to meet in game. The level themselves are quite hard but it’s very fun finding the solutions to progress. I hope the game will add more levels in the future!

Not for me

In the description, it states you can play the game seated you can if you wish to play as a midget. You will be unable to see what's on the tables, but you can see underneath. Despite this, I entered the game, and the wall I spotted the word tutorial. Now, this may be a way to find the settings and an option for playing seated, but try as I may, I could not get into the tutorial. At that point, I gave up and played a different game

Top notch game

Honestly had a lot of fun with this game, easy enough to pick up and fun to play. Really great experience and one of the most underrated VR games I’ve come across. Highly recommend this game earned my 5 stars!

Needs to go back in the oven.

When I discovered Dungeon Adventure on the store I was pretty excited. I'm a huge fan of fantasy, rpg's and the like. Another game of this genre is always going to be a good thing in my book. Sadly, this one just isn't ready yet. Sure, it's early access, but tje level of Polish is way under that in my opinion. I love that you start in a tavern, and that the bar tender tells you the back story to your quest. No other similar games do this. That's original and very cool. However, once you get into the game it just doesn't impress, nor did I find it fun. The menu's are extremely cheap and feel like place holders. But coupled with the flat shaded polygon style of the game, could be considered retro? But then I would advise the developers to promote it as such: A classic styled PC rpg bought into V.R. This would make much more sense and instantly pull the interests of a large group of people. Again, the trailer would need to relay this. Combat and navigation of weapons feels clunky and unintuitive. Weapons have no weight or feel. Very little sound design, the music in the cave sounds like 'Wish you a merry christmas' Turning can be snap or smooth, which is great, but neither worked very well. The snap is too jarring and over sensitive, the smooth made me feel ill and I don't get motion sickness, having been playing V.R for many years. For now for me at least it will have to be a refund, but I'll definitely check back down the road and hope to find a much better experience.
