I bought this game a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it until it crashed and will not load again I have tried resetting, boot reset etc and nothing works… tried to request a refund but as it has been over 14 days I cannot get a refund! Everytime I open the game I only get as far as the sup life screen before it freezes again! Waste of money! DO NOT BUY!

I pay the app after trying the free version which I really enjoyed. After using it twice it stop working! First time my hands were frozen so I decided to use the controllers but wasn’t working either. Turn off and on again multiple times but wouldn’t work. Second time it won’t even open the game (internet connection was there, no problem with any other game), so I try multiple times but wouldn’t work. Today again hands were frozen and controllers too. I can’t request for a refund and I can’t find a way to signal the problem.

I actually think this game is pretty good for exercise. The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because the majority of the time it takes me 10 minutes to get the game going due to the gloves floating in the air and not where my hands should be. I repeatedly turn off the headset and restart the app on the hope the gloves are on my hands. I purchased the whole game and i felt it was worth the money at the time, but for example today, I can’t get it going due to the gloves floating and I restated the game several times!

Excellent fitness app, but message to developers. Please add some more music choices. I tried to use Spotify to change it up but the beats don't match....and more exercise routines. For smaller 6 minute ones it's ok but there are only two longer routines and frankly it's getting boring. Please change something. Some apps I've noticed with just one payment, no subscription, have up to 20 different tunes and more exercises. You need to do an update. Btw the hand tracking is very hot and miss. I have to use the controllers, but that's ok.

I am new to this app. So far I like it. I will probably try listening to Spotify while playing for a better music selection but the one thing that irks me at this time about this app. Is the punching gloves together to start. If any developers read this please remove that. It is a pain in the butt to get them to do that the right way to start the game. Just let's us punch start or press a button please. It is bloody frustrating to be slamming your hands together in multiple ways for awhile until the game decides you are doing the gloves together thing after your 50th attempt and just trying to start the game.
