Some cool potential

Works great atm as an animated "screensaver" while I use the browser or if I just want to relax in a cool experience. Devs, please fix the last row of experiences, they are out of order, and missing the rain one. Another suggestion would be to use the spatial data better for unique collisions like the rain falling on the desk vs floor or the petals etc.

Harmony meditation VR

Solid five stars. Oh, at least. Worth the money? That would be an understatement. A few mixed reality motifs, all very nice, a few verging on profound nostalgic. Instinctively, I clicked on to the last of 7 motifs, the mindful mandala. That one motif alone is worth a hundred stars out of five. There is a breath work segemtn that seriously needs reworking. Inhale, then hold the breath for 10 seconds then exhale. 10 seconds! What am we, David Blaine? Most people could not hold their breath for ten seconds due to just being a slacker. The other motifs look mysterious enough at night. They could look good during the day too. My room has a certain amount of brightness at night when the lights are on. VR or I lse MR mixed reality onky captures about 15% of the brightness for some reason. The meta quest native OS default Screen captures lighting in MR really well. Meta has that down to a precise science. However, done through the lens of the VR app. I think the description did say that it deliberately adds a dimming feature to it chance the mediation effect. Whatever. I discovered this app a few months ago and this is one of the apps that I regret waiting months to get due to being on a budget. Rating knocked down to three stars. The Mandala effect goes for about half a minute and then stops. Freezes. What a blithering blinding blast of retardation. Really?!!! A repeating GIF formation can't be procedurally generated? Even in the old days of computer programming 10 print hello 20 goto 10 30 run The Mandala can't do that. It just retardedly freezes after running for a short time. Otherwise the Mandela effect alone with worth quite a few £sd, pounds shillings and pence. On this app it seems it's reach has exceeded its grasp and on something so fundamentally elementary like a repeating GIF graphic algorithm applied to a simple octilaterally symmetrical set of basic geometric shapes. For a computer tech, a basic GIF ought to be your bread and butter. But not here. Even basic levels of competence are not achieved here. The Mandala effect on this app is a demonstration of The Peter Principle in that a person or a group of people will rise to their level of incompetence. Hiss!!! Boo!!!!! Not even a basic GIF structural engineering can be apllied to a basic mandala effect?! This is woefully substandard. What a paucity. What a travesty. It's the shets. It's the cans. Cat's ess! Aurora Borealis was like the room of mirrors scene in Enter the Dragon and not in a good way. Gayrora Gayrealis. The aurora borealis scene was rather gay. It should get an update and be renamed, Aurora Borealis - the heterosexual edition.
