A gem in the industry

If you like games akin to diablo then you’re going to love this one, the developer is nothing but passionate about the game and his community and it shows. Legendary tales is one of the better VR games on the market right now, the sword fighting is physics based but isn’t as janky as B&S, the co-op community is extremely nice, the bosses are difficult and well made, the legendary weapons are all fun to use in their own way, and the progression feels steady as a mix of your skill and your gear. This game is truly a hidden gem and i will be recommending it to my friends.

What VR dungeon crawling SHOULD be!

Although Legendary Tales JUST dropped on Quest today, I've logged over 300 hours playing on PC. The devs truly made a hidden gem. Physics combat in co-op, with TOUGH enemies and difficult bosses. An amazing soundtrack and spell gestures that just make sense. The dev team clearly cares about their community, as shown by many of our suggestions making it into the game after consideration from the lead dev. If I had any complaint, it would be that the game is a little dark visually, but considering that it's basically VR Diablo/Dark Souls, it fits. Get this game. Come adventure with me!

This game isn’t really worth $41.98 😕

I have to say this was quite challenging game at first but turns out I’ve made a friend who helped me a ton and is an ACE at this game. What’s great about him is he helped me boost my characters skill and helped me defeat the final boss I was stuck on. So if you’re ever in a pickle I urge you to add Tarquinn2049 as a friend and he’ll help you design your character to your liking like he did mine. But as for this game it has too many issues for instance the ragdoll physics of this game is bad when attacking the enemy it doesn’t register it hitting the enemy a quarter of the time the enemies have auto aim and much much more. So if you’re interested I recommend you do the free version first before you buy and see what you think of it. Solo campaign will take you a long time but multiplayer you’ll buzz through it quicker.

Way Too Expensive For What You Recieve

If you're going to consider buying this buy the Steam version when its on sale. Legendary Tales has very good combat and customizable skill trees but it's not worth freaking 42 dollars for poor graphics, sparse magical abilities, mediocre bow shooting , no randomly generated dungeons (For an Unreal Engine 4/5 game with low fidelity game models this is easily done and coincidentally will be released as a paid DLC in the future on steam), movement mechanics are very slow (strafing side to side or backstepping is slow for a melee game, very reliant on a 3 second cooldown dash mechanic), NO CROSSPLAY WITH PCVR AND PSVR, and lastly the multiplayer is P2P so 80% of the time you're out of sync with the host and your experience will be very poor. We already pay enough for the headset itself and even the DLC thats already on steam is an added 20 dollars. It is also known that due to poor sales on Meta Store the DLCs for Legendary Tales will NOT be coming to the Meta Quest. Due to this game's price the active player base for Meta Quest can be counted with a single hand. To the Dev: BJ, You and your small South Korean studio are not selling a gold plated collectors item of a VR game (In the past this game was 55 dollars [wtf] on steam at full release for years before a price readjustment) when the visuals and animations look like they've been pooted out of the early 2000's and content is sparse in comparison to other games with the same price range. Your combat work and your skill tree are very good! Lower the price so you can get more public exposure to fund later content releases!! For the customer reading this: Buy Dungeons of Eternity for 30 bucks or when it goes on sale for the meantime; more content, more players, and almost as good combat with better ranged combat "ergonomics" (not as good skill trees) with cross play capabilities with players on other platforms.

Most Immersive Game

This is absolutely the most immersive VR game I have ever played in my life! If you want to experience actual sword fighting, and taking down challenges foes with the weapons that you hammered yourself at an anvil then this is absolutely the game for you! I genuinely cried during the ending because I was so sad that I had finished the game, and that the best week of my life was over. But it turns out that this game actually has a ton to do even after you beat it! So theres an insane amount of content to play in this game, and if you want to experience an actual week long journey of exploring dungeons and fightibg challengibg bosses, then this is definitely the game for you!
