Terrible, ignorant developer

Yes, this is the best pinball game on the meta headsets, but it's fundamentally flawed because they chose to put virtual arms into the game which don't correspond remotely to what your real arms are doing and, a lot of the time, obscure the play field. I've recently seen in their discord that this has been an unresolved issue for months and would caution strongly against buying this as the developers don't seem to care. What a disappointment. For people with a pc I suppose virtual pinball (which is free) is the way to go. Also, tables here are not cheap. Yes, they're cheaper than a real pinball but I think it's just predatory to keep putting out more before fixing glaring issues with the game. Typical behaviour from this developer. Furthermore, the method they have of selling the tables is confusing and can lead to purchasing the same table twice, as some are in bundles and are also available standalone. It's a mess and, again, predatory. Not very "zen" at all, really.

"take my money!" - word version

I almost cried the first time I loaded up this game it was so fantastic! The speakeasy look to start off with is *chef's kiss*. I dropped $60+ on tables on that first day without even blinking. The work that went in to developing these tables for this environment makes the cost of the different packs WELL worth it. With FX3 and FX, I always waited for sales. The $9.99 or $14.99 per pack normal price SEEMS like a discounted price for this kind of experience. I can only hope and beg that all tables in FX3 and FX make their way to VR. I will definitely be a repeat buyer of those tables if they are released. Zen, take a bow for your grand slam. My hat's off to you

An absolute must-have for pinball fans!

I've been playing this every day since release -- a rare thing for a VR game. Zen's previous offerings, Pinball VR classic and Star Wars Pinball, were both excellent, but with the addition of many RL Williams tables as DLC Pinball FX VR blows them away. Zen has really outdone themselves this time. The only thing that compares is a real pinball machine -- only I can play this sitting down (or put tables in my room using the mixed reality mode). And I haven't had time to get bored of the tables; they keep adding more for purchase! Up there with Skyrim VR and Beat Saber as one of my all-time favorite VR games!

Price hike

Recently brought the game and was enjoying it very much, was going to buy all the Williams tables and then probably more in the coming months, but there has been a massive price hike so I won't be buying any more tables. I would have supported a reasonable increase, but nearly trippling the price is too much and has left me unwilling invest further. Update in response to the reply from the company. The points you make would all be very reasonable if you had just instituted a 25% increase, however not so much for a nearly 250% one. For a new (originally excited) adopter this feels like a bait and switch. Business practices like these change this from a project I actively wanted to support to one I no longer have any interest in.

First class pinball experience!

New to Meta Quest and the main reason I bought the device was to play this game. I'm a pinball nut... even producing my own games, and playing pinball in VR really is next-level stuff. The only downside is the flat lighting, which steals away a lot of the atmosphere, but in time they'll get there. Loving every minute in this game. Fun, fun, fun!
