Invisible walls blocking me from playing
This game is probably amazing, but for some reason there are invisible walls blocking me from going anywhere. I just got the game today, so can someone help please?

В режиме Rising Lava происходит извержение вулкана, и вам нужно выжить, преодолевая полосу препятствий. В режиме Hangout представлены три разных острова, символизирующие осень, зиму, лето и весну.
В игре также есть торговый центр с огромным выбором косметических предметов и наборов по выгодным ценам. Внутри торгового центра находится целая карта с бассейном и множеством горок, настоящий кинотеатр, и в ближайшее время появится еще больше контента!

Don’t download the game.
If anyone is reading this review, DO NOT download this game. I think one of the managers of the game got mad or something and decided to abuse the playfab and permanently ban EVERYONE, even including if you just installed the game. (Trust me, I know) If by time you read this the the game is either fixed or no longer working then disregard of this review. Thank you for reading.

Why can't I get in the game play
See. when I launch the game, after the loading screen and press start. I load it in the house or whatever it is in front of the mirror, there's an invisible box around me, blocking my path to the red wall that says "please select a name" and the computer. This is my first time playing and I just need help Thanks

Sphere guys makes no sense
I was playing for my first time until a moderator, abused his power, and then a little kid took the N-word and told me that I was the one then after that, he got onto his discord for in lied I am so pissed off right now Like why would you lie to a new player that was playing a game for the first time this is this mad crazy I wonder why that little kid had to say Edward and he told everyone in the lobby oh I was the raciest kid was it like why would I get reported if I’m brand new to the game come on make your better next time next time like this is so crazy, I can’t stand this no more like every girl type game. I join a little kid reports me for no reason to get banned like why me am I the only one that gets bad luck forever like why why me :(
