This is GREAT in Mixed Reality!

This an excellent usage of the tech lets you experience the puzzle in real or virtual space. Love the puzzle designs so far and will be picking up the full game to see all the additional squingles. Weither you're looking for a fun challange via speedrunning through the levels or just want a relaxing puzzler to play in this one earns its spot on my recommendations.

Fun AR puzzle game

I'm a big fan of flat screen puzzle games already; adding VR to the mix with AR sets this above your typical puzzle game. The starter levels are well designed with adding more complex gameplay one step at a time until you are set loose on the more complex levels with layers of traps and complex level design. The game will have you going back to replay previous levels to get your best times and compete on the leaderboard and hone in your gameplay. Fantastic game!

Squingle-tastic

Squingle has the right formula for what could become a classic game, they take a buzz game premise and expand on it, even in this mini version of the game from the tutorial levels to the first 10 actual levels, they guide you through several changes and it makes me eager to see what the full game will throw at me. You have the option to play in MR or full immersion with the trippy psychedelic visuals as background, it's the type of game where you could throw on an album and just chill out as you guide your light through the courses. I can see a full version of this being a major time sink hole, where you just throw it on to play a few levels and suddenly you get a low battery warning and a couple hours have gone by. It's a very polished game and it looks like a lot of work has gone into it.

A Fun and Addictive Puzzle Game

Squingle Mini is a unique puzzle experience that can be played in mixed reality in your own environment, or in virtual reality in its own immersive environments. You're guided along its levels via a relaxing voice over that teaches you the basics of manipulating a single orb, and then later revolving orbs, through eleven different 3D mazes. The game is fun from the beginning, with simple starter levels that allow you to easily grasp the mechanics, but as you progress, the mazes become more challenging. With the obstacles and interactive switches that change the rotation of your orbs, you won't breeze through all the levels on your first try. Once you complete the levels, that will unlock the leaderboard which will put your cumulative score up against others to see who can clear the mazes in the shortest time. If you are competitive and enjoy climbing the leaderboard, then this game will have you coming back to replay each level, trying to shave off tenths of a second of your time. As you are trying beat your previous times, you'll be racing against the ghost of your fastest times to help motivate you to be faster. I've enjoyed my time with Squingle Mini and look forward to the full game. If you're looking for a fun MR/VR experience with unique 3D puzzle gameplay, then I would give Squingle Mini a try.
