Unbelievable! Some of these people..

Some of these people writing their reviews OF COURSE, are trying to make it ALL about the cops and saying the cops don't actually do this to homeless people and the whole thing is fake, cuze the stuff is clean and what not.. I was homeless in Philly for TWO YEARS, lived in a tent, my things weren't dirty, just, cuze ur stuff isn't dirty, don't mean ur not homeless and just, cuze you are homeless, don't mean you have to live dirty!! Also, i hate to brake it to you, but the cops DO EXACTLY this and so do the garbage man! I've had this done to me several times, almost every day at one point.. Being only 19 years old, with nothing.. The cops would target me on purpose and bother me, more than anyone else, cuze i was pretty and young and they thought I was the easiest to harras, but they also did what you see right here in this video to everyone else! They throw away EVERYTHING you have! Even ur blankets, pillows, clothes, the only thing keeping you warm and sheltered and they do it on purpose , cuze they think it is funny! They will wait till a big snow storm or rain storm is coming or wait till it is nearly dark, so we can't get shelter or find help.. The cops DO, DO THIS, so to you people saying this is attacking the cops, no they are not, cuze the cops do this on a daily basis, they like it, it is a power trip and they laugh at you and your misfortunes, they do it to everyone.. I'm not homeless anymore, but I have never had ONE SINGLE good experience with a cop that helped me, EVER! The cops would have Narcan in their cars and vans, cuze so many homeless people would OD right in front of them.. Than they wouldn't use it, they would let the person die, cuze they think they are just a homeless drug addict, who cares about them, they don't matter, but that is someone's something, that person matters to someone and is someone's Mother/Father, Sister/Brother, Aunt/Uncle, Neice/Nephew, Daughter/Son, you get it, the list goes on! Sick of ppl making EVERYTHING about the cops, this is about homelessness, NOT the cops! Their is one good cop in every 5,000, and you will be VERY lucky to find THAT one! 100%

Nope

Sorry, these are actors in scripted scenarios, just another documentary to make cops look like the bad guys. Wow, amazing what the devs think we need in these tense times :-/ I was just involved in a toy drive where the cops (gasp!) were collecting for poor children, they do tons to help disadvantaged families, but they get no cred, at least from these devs. The E (Everyone) rating here is also very disingenuous: there are heavy swear words, suggestive sexual material, etc. Finally, I fully realize homelessness is a heart-wrenching, horrible problem, and often not the fault of the victim at all. We get it. I had a dear friend who was homeless at one period of his life, and I take it extremely seriously. That’s why this scripted documentary, so one-sided at the heart of it, is — in the end — so intellectually dishonest too. A swing and a miss.

Become a Professional Backpacker

Hopefully homeless people eventually hear this message through someone. You don't have to consider yourself homeless. If you consider yourself a professional backpacker, the whole world opens up to you. Go train hoping on cargo trains to see new beautiful sights and places. For food, get either leftovers from restaurants or reclaimed food. (Yes that's a thing, and no its not just for the homeless. People who live on the extreme on not wasting food do it, too.) You could also hunt and gather. For camp, stay on federal lands, abandoned places, or even take a nap in the park if you can't find a place and need to stay up all night. I know I chose this lifestyle, but most people have it forced upon them. I started as a vandweller, now live the RV life, and will soon live the buslife. After that, I'll build a tiny home, and then become a professional backpacker. I make 6 figures, and I know you don't need much to live on. Those who live on next to nothing get to see the world, and those who weigh themselves down with stuff live in a cage of gold. The secret to happiness is sharing experiences with others, not collecting the next cool tech gadget.

Important story beautifully told

This short narrative experience immerses you in the life of Rockey, a homeless woman living in LA. It allows you to see the world from her point of view, and to interact with her stories and memories. It's a beautiful and poignant experience that moved both my wife and I to tears. It's sad, but it's also hopeful and beautiful. I worried it would just be a tragic story, but it weaves sadness into something more multifaceted, showing joy alongside pain.

Hope to see more VR like this

I think it is a very good thing making this VR experience. I expected it to be a little longer. Alot of people in today's society ONLY go off of assumptions of how they think things are or about others lives and not off of FACTS. They won't take the time to find out the facts for themselves. It is true ANYONE could be in the situation not all homeless are drug addicts. People who go on about the police clearly have never had anything major or serious happen to them before. I hope you make more VR experiences like this maybe show how truly scary it is for these people especially at night. This is what the VR world needs more of GOOD JOB! I hope she is doing alot better today. Bad things happen to good people and it's sad. Then, they have to be judged by people who know NOTHING about what the person they are judging have even been through and assuming things and not knowing the full story or learning facts.
