Job simulator + Fruit ninja + Guns! I'm gonna get the cons out of the way first: Just gonna say right now that one of the only flaws is the graphics. I get that your trying to incorporate the cartoonish look but the graphics could use some work. The fruit doesn't look 3d enough. Their could be more design in things. Hopefully you come out with a big graphics update or something. Also I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but in the staff room I feel like I'm floating a foot or 2 above the ground. I reset the floor hight in the oculus main menu but it doesn't seem to do anything. Now that that stuff is out of the way: The concept of the store being under attack by killer fruit that you have to shoot while having to multitask and ring up groceries to get better guns, is very different from anything on the quest, in a good way. It's all even better with the hilarious commentary of your manage criticizing everything you do! Some of the stuff that they say gets a little repetitive but not too much. Here are my rating for different parts: Graphics 8/10 Audio 9/10 Gameplay 10/10 Instructions 10/10 Controls 9/10 Haptic feedback 10/10 Fruit shooting/multitasking concept 10/10 Comedy 11/10! Here are some ideas I have for adding to the game: -a locomotion option for moving around the staff room -weekly challenges -more detail in the graphics -mini games -multiplay mode where 2 people take a shift together defending the store. -maybe the fruit could have voices. Maybe a watermelon could say "hello" in a deep voice when it gets close. Or apple could say things like "want a peice of me" or it could scream when it jumps at you. I think it could be kinda funny. And I think that comedy would fit with your manager criticizing you. Hopefully a developer can reply to my review and let me know their thoughts on some of my ideas. This is a great game and I really want to see some amazing updates in the future! Hopefully the graphics get a little better too! Thanks for an amazing vr experience!

When making Shooty Fruity, the developers seem to have found a rare balance between a quirky style and intense gameplay. This surprisingly challenging game capitalises on an almost compulsive need to tick all the boxes and earn all the stars. As the levels become increasingly difficult, the game demands that you adjust accordingly, and makes you want to beat your previous scores. If you consider yourself a completionist, enjoy a good challenge, or like watching your name climb up the leaderboard, this is probably a game for you.

Shooty Fruity Is a Hooty

Too much of a wuss to play Five Nights at Freddy’s? Shooty Fruity replaces the terrifying animatronics with fruit and gives you guns to defend yourself with. Don’t get too cocky, though, because this game makes you WORK for your guns. And by “work,” I mean retail work — scanning items, filling lunch trays, etc. More powerful weapons require more work, so be sure to choose your arsenal wisely before starting you shift. The pool of weapons you can draw from can be expanded by spending juice, which you rack up by killing fruit. The retail tasks become more complex as the game progresses (scanned items need to be sent down the correct chute, lunch trays gain more segments, etc.). All in all, I enjoy this game much more than I though I would. Probably one of my most-played Quest games right now. EDIT: Something else I forgot to mention: This is one of the few Quest games that make use of cloud saving, so you don’t lose all your progress when you delete it off your headset in order to make room for other apps because you’re a 64GB pleb like me.

NEEDS MULTIPLAYER and developer is RUDE

while playing this game I would have given it 5 stars however once you beat it that’s it, it’s no longer fun. A few levels are near impossible to get 3 stars but it will still allow you to move on and circle back later to complete. I try to play it again every now and again but it’s just not fun anymore. Multiplayer could spice it up for some free play for sure. **update - I’m not really OK with the developer accusing me of not completing the game and shaming me. I have fully completed the game it’s just no longer fun once you do. I don’t think being incredibly rude to players is the way to go about responding to reviews but ok.

!!!!!Consider multiplayer!!!!!

My twin and I love this game but we want to be able to go in and play together or against each other…This is such a fun game, but I feel like I need help sometimes if I wanna be able to make it to the next level. I’m not real good but if I had competition I’d get better at kicking those little fruits bums.
