For people wondering why it doesn’t work. You need to run your Meta Quest before steam Vr. Steam Vr will open itself as soon your Meta Quest is connected. Then just need to play the game you want! Lunching the game from your computer can be easier, specially when its game outside your Steam library. Never try to go on your Computer screen with your Meta Quest to lunch the game, it will lag and might not work ( it didn’t work for me).

The interface is broken with the new update. But you are able to recall it to the previous update. Go to the settings for Steam Link, either through pressing the app icon or by going to "Privacy & Safety. Press on "Release Channels", and press on "Previous (Opt-in)". Press "Confirm" and start the app again, this will update it to the previous version. Hope this helps!

Its so bad. Make it support a higher bitrate/bandwidth. I heard virtual desktop is far bettwr. Steam link is laggy and fuzzy i have the best wifi in our area yet some games are. Buggy and steam link view is buggy I dont know what to do is it limited idk this app can definitely be bettwr im seeing so many issue and 1 star reviews this needs fixing on PC and quest. Do bettwr please 🙏

Everytime i try to connect to my PC it ethier says i have to connect to the same network even thought i am on the same network. And when i finally get in it says PC host has stopped please restart steam vr also while my pc has both stean and steam vr opened . When i get out it says VR syreaming active , so i connect bacl on but i does the same thing over and ocer Not even Airlink can fix this problem this just sucks.

Connection to PC is unreliable and often fails without reason. When it does work, the experience is unstable with frequent lag and crashes that break gameplay. The app does not provide a consistent VR streaming experience and needs major stability improvements.
