Surgery Simulator Brain Surgeon

The brain does not forgive. Welcome to neurosurgery, Doctor.

OPEN IT LAYER BY LAYER Every operation is built like the real head. Cut the scalp flap and seal the edge, drill your burr holes, run the craniotome from hole to hole, lift the bone flap out in your hand, open the dura and find the beating brain underneath.

A MICROSCOPE YOU DIVE INTO Swing the operating microscope over the field and the world grows around you in true stereo. Your hand movements get finer at the same rate, so a tiny vessel is something you can actually reach for.

EIGHT CAREER CASES Chronic subdural. A nail in the skull. An epidural emergency. A meningioma. A glioblastoma you chase under blue light. An aneurysm that can burst while you clip it. An awake patient who plays the violin while you map her brain. And deep brain stimulation, where a shaking hand finally goes still.

SAVE THE TUMOUR, SAVE THE PERSON You are graded on how much tumour you remove and on what your patient keeps: motor, speech and memory. Neuronavigation with live MRI crosshairs guides you, and every case ends with a short story of what happened to your patient next.

A TEAM AROUND YOU Your nurse, assistant, anaesthetist and Chief talk you through each step and hand you the instrument you ask for. A Practice mode gives you an open brain with no clock and no grade.
