Traffic Racer VR brings back the nostalgia of the OutRun era while adding a modern VR twist. The mechanics are beautifully simple — accelerate, brake, and shift lanes — yet the result is pure addictive fun. One moment you’re telling yourself it’s just a “quick game,” and two hours later you’re still weaving through traffic at 300 km/h, completely in the zone. The flow of driving becomes almost meditative once muscle memory kicks in, and the game nails that feeling of speed and danger without consequence. Unlockable cars with custom interiors keep progression exciting, and the leaderboards (daily and weekly) add that competitive spark to keep you coming back. The soundtrack is solid, and the studio even suggests throwing on your favorite Spotify playlist to make blasting down the road even more immersive. If you’ve ever wanted to be a lane weaver or a hoon without the real-life risks, this is the perfect VR fix. What a blast!
