Pinball Redefined!

Combining visual and gameplay elements from pinball, soccer, and even a bit of TRON, Bounce Arcade manages to breathe new life into the pinball genre with some outstanding controls and some brilliantly designed tables. There are only four tables to start, but these are large, complicated tables, each with a specific theme and plenty of objectives and missions to complete. If you love pinball, flashy TRON-like graphics, or just want to be a goalkeeper in some futuristic soccer match, Bounce Arcade is the game for you, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Surprisingly addictive, BUT

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I went into this not knowing what to expect other than watching the trailer. This is ridiculously fun. Only played the Wild West table so far and 45 mins flew by. Going after all the goals is too much fun. I wish the tables were a tad larger and better graphics, but neither of those criticisms take away from the fun value. I realllllllllly hope there’s dlc tables in the near future. Take my money! I agree with the 4 star reviewer’s criticisms… feels like quest 1 graphics but it’s not a big deal. Difficulty settings would also be a welcome feature… at least a hard mode where the ball goes twice the speed maybe. Dev question: Do you plan on releasing dlc tables? The game is great but it gets old playing the same 4 tables. Needs a bit more variety to be long lasting UPDATE 3/5/25 I’ve taken 2 stars off my original 5 star score because there’s been ZERO updates in 3 months. No bug fixes, no dlc tables, and most importantly, cuz the devs NEVER respond to anyone’s comments and/or questions. This game could have been really special if it wasn’t abandoned immediately after release. Could have been comparable to walkabout minigolf if they released new dlc tables every month. As it is now, I’d say don’t purchase this game. 4 tables isn’t enough, esp since 2 of em are pretty meh. If devs release a new update and show they haven’t abandoned it, I’ll change my review back to 5 stars

Already abandoned?

Not even a year into launch and the game seems to have been abandoned... Not surprising considering the studios history. No new levels, no patches launched in nine months, and the developers realized they had to cut the price on this experiment very quickly. It's obvious this was never going to last. That being said, some of the tables are okay with decent mini games. Buying this on sale is worth it for a spout of boredom once in a while, and the only reason it gets 2 stars

Half Baked

I wanted to love this game, but it feels so underwhelming. It’s as though this game has been released even though it’s only halfway through development. The concept of this game is really cool, but I just felt like “Is this it?” The interaction with the 4 maps are boring and not a lot happens other than points go up and the occasional effect. I wish I could refund.

An Absolute Blast

I don't usually leave reviews but felt I had to for this cracker of a game. I love pinball and this takes it to a whole new level. The Tron-like neon graphics are fantastic and the controls are easy to understand but mastering those tables will take some work. Each table goes up in difficulty but it's so much fun trying to best your last high score. There are also mini games to play that are triggered by hitting certain things in the game. I have spent many hours having a blast with this game. Just buy it, you won't be disappointed. And thanks to the game developers. Any new tables on the horizon guys? I certainly hope so. I would gladly pay for some dlc to expand on what is already a brilliant fun game.
