Better than Vermillion in my opinion

So I've downloaded a few painting and art apps, in and outta app lab and sidequest quest as well as official releases. Brushwork has made things much nicer. It's easier to move your tools, palette and easel than the other apps I found. YouTube works great for tutorials and music plus they have some preloaded. The room is nice and they have passthrough mode. YOU CAN HANG AND DISPLAY your art which is a no brainier and appreciated. Not to mention going in and out of the room and having different environments is very nice as well. There are bugs but it just came out and is still in applab so for me 14 and change after tax was a great purchase. One that does not even make me think of a refund. Oh and the sketch work is nice too 😊 Thanks guys I do hope for some updates for the bugs like loading but other than that, ace job. I much prefer this over vermillion VR

calming and fun

I was very surprised at how real the application of the paint looked I paint in real life, so this was like I moved my studio to another part of the world. No paint to clean up and my cats can't knock over my water! I really enjoyed this app.

So simple and relaxing

This is a VR painting app that I personally find extremely satisfying and zen. I've lost myself for hours, just painting interpretations of whatever I find on the app's browser. The environment, mood, and visuals really keep me comfortable as I learn painting much faster -- and with less hassle and pressure -- than I would have in real life. This is really encouraging me to try painting for real again one day soon.

So it works great, but...

So many bugs. It's super touchy at times, and nearly unresponsive at others. But by far the worst is the crashing. Even if it shows the auto save feature previously, I often lose almost entire paintings worth of work. Incredibly discouraging. But when it does work, it works amazingly. I've been attempting to paint in it for quite some time now and have had a lot of fun. But the bugs, oh... The bugs....
