After hitting start at main menu, screen just goes white and you just hear audio. Tried downloading the game over again and same thing happens

Didn't work
Downloaded fine but after the menu screen goes black and the audio keeps going. Then just stutters after that.

2D 360° documentary
The images are flat with some 3D animation. Would expect more of any VR experience.
