DEVELOPERS what the heck happened??!

Developers, did you even have a sound team at all???!!! You really dropped the ball here! Man, I really think this game has huge potential because its looking like a deep RPG and I love the graphical design but it's really missing the mark with sound which really is more important for immersion then graphics. Theres ZERO ambient sounds what so ever! No wind. No rustling of leaves or grass. No birds chip. There is nothing to let you know even if you are outside vs. inside. No sound when you are unlocking the treasure chest. No sound when you clank your candycane sword on anything. Slammed my sword on wood, metal, even thrown it into the water and not even a splash sound. Music is fine, but it's like 10 seconds on a continuous loop that grinds on your nerves after 2 minutes. The voice acting is a mix of bad and good, but I can let that slide since you can turn that off and read the subtitles. I can't let the 10 seconds of the same music loop over and over and over...no matter what location Im at. Again, I could turn off the music. However, without the music, it's like dead air. PLEASE ADD SOME AMBIENT SOUNDS!!!!

No microtransactions, no gacha, just fun

While the previous Cookie Run games are fun (and I’m still playing them now), they were free mobile games, and free mobile game = microtransactions. Which made the games pay-to-win at times, practically removing the joy I had playing those games. But this one is different, a 25 dollar vr game with pure fun, no bs, just bringing out the joy that the Cookie Run franchise has to offer. But what do I think of the game? It’s great, it provides an experience that feels fresh and new, and it doesn’t feel like it’s a copy/rip off of another game. The combat is responsive and fun, the story is intriguing, the systems that are put in are implemented well, the music is good, graphics are good (going for a more serious artstyle compared to the series’s more cartoony saturated artstyle), and is overall a really good game. That rating ain’t just because it’s Cookie Run, it is genuinely a fun experience for the young and old. And if you want a fun experience, are tired of playing Beat Saber for 10 hours straight, and have 25$ left to spare, I’d recommend giving this game a whirl, because it’s definitely worth your time. Edit: Looking at some other reviews, I do agree that the combat is very easy. And I do agree that difficulty settings in the future would be appreciated.

love this game but never play again...

I Enjoy this game a lot. I got to Muscle Cookie and did a few pieces of level. Suddenly I came to a black screen as I walked through a door. (happened a good bit). So I was like I will just reset and it'll fix as usual. it starts me in the void every time. why isn't there a way to make more than one save file so we can make double file saves as every gamer does? Now I have to start all the way over and that gonna keep me from playing it again. Sucks cuz this was one of my favorite story games. Is there anything I can do to start without starting over? (Update..... I added a fifth star.. developers answered and fixed the problem and I've been enjoying it since... thanks for listening.)

Great VR experience for my fave series

Having been a big fan of the Cookie Run games since the first mobile games way back, I was thrilled to see that they decided to enter the VR space. My expectations weren’t too high but I’m glad to see that my expectations were greatly exceeded!!! I love the game and feel that it’s a refreshing take on VR RPG’s , it’s the right amount of cute while remaining action-driven. I’m only a couple of hours in but I’m loving it!!! This game deserves more attention! I’m hoping the devs continue making more Cookie Run games!

So fun!!

Hi! I am SO surprised there isn't more reviews! I've been waiting for this game ever since it first was advertised. I literally counted down the hours till this game released and then no one seems to be playing it! It is so much fun and the graphics are crazy cool and there is a lot of uniqueness to this. The fighting is pretty easy but the bosses are good. A bit laggy for some reason for my boyfriend but might just be the headset. He had trouble climbing things. I really love this game and highly recommend!
