Can't play video
This is the worst streaming video player I've ever used , I can play only one part of a purchased video, all the other parts show "load failed".

Can not play downloaded movie
I downloaded a movie using the in-app download bottom. When I play it, the screen stuck at the waiting screen. Please fix it. It is very laggy to play UHD movie on stream.
