Good concept,poor graphic,OOOVER PRICED

It's better than the other cycling app that shares the exact same concept, that's all I can say. I know building multiple 3D VR maps must cost a lot of time and money, but the graphics are still poor to be honest, and charging 80 per year ??while Les Mills only charges 29.99 one time purchase and keeps on updating? My suggestion, make one map close to perfect first, charge one time fee, charge different exercises separately, later release more maps or features as paid dlc.Easier for people to try,and build up the community.

Good App, Too Expensive

The Positives: Immersive Environments For a Meta Quest app, the graphics are surprisingly good. The environments are highly detailed and filled with clever "Easter eggs" referencing iconic movies and video games, which makes exploring them a lot of fun. The cityscapes are definitely the highlight for me—they are beautifully designed. The "Cyber-vessel" concept is also a very cool touch that adds a futuristic feel to the workout. The Negatives: Lack of Speed and Ghost Towns Sense of Speed: Despite the great visuals, the sensation of movement is very weak. You don't really feel the speed of your effort, which can be frustrating during an intense rowing session. Ghost Multiplayer: The multiplayer mode feels empty. I almost always find myself competing against bots rather than real people. For a subscription-based service, there is a serious lack of community events and fresh updates. It feels more like a solo game than a living platform. The Pricing Issue The biggest drawback is the cost. I personally only use the rowing mode, and paying $95 (79.90€) per year is simply not justifiable. It is very hard to understand why the price is so high when there is so little new content and almost no multiplayer activity. In my opinion, a price point around 40€ per year would be much more reasonable, especially for users who only use one type of equipment. Final Verdict: It’s a great-looking app, but it lacks the "social" and "dynamic" features to justify a premium subscription. It is currently a solo experience sold at a multiplayer price.

Not bad, but ridiculous price

The app is not bad…not great, but not bad. But the price is absurd for this level of quality. I’d pay a onetime price of $11.99, but you want that much every month! Not a chance. It’s a shame.

Love it.

I've been using Halofit for about 3 months to keep me entertained while peddling my exercise bike. Well worth the subscription cost. The levels are varied and interesting, and the scoring and rankings keep me motivated for the next workout. Alternating days of my Halofit cycling with resistance training, I've lost about 12 pounds and my belly is pretty much gone. Going outside to cycle at 04:00 am just isn't a feasible option for me. This keeps me moving and keeps it interesting. If you're reading this, your curiosity is already peaked. I encourage you to give it try with the free trial or just start with a one month subscription. I'm so glad I did. I feel better than I have years. This honestly might be the best use I've found for VR so far.

Enjoying Holofit

Connected Holofit to my Concept 2 rower and ended up logging almost 14 hours in the first 14 days. The virtual world creativity, collectables, and challenges are just enough to keep me motivated. I was having a hard time staying consistent with workouts before. I hope more courses will be developed over time!
