I use this app almost everyday with my team. However, recently, as I'm adding new members, there seems to be an issue with the app. New users that download the app can't get it to launch properly. The app downloads and installs normally, but when the users launches the app it launches into a black screen and just hangs there. There is no other option but to exit out of the app. We really need this issue to be fixed.

This app had so much promise, the whiteboard being my favourite thing about it. It was by far and away, the best of its kind available on quest. I used it all the time, the writing was fluid, it was genuinely useful. Yes, some tweaks could have been made, but why...WHY ditch it?!? Please, bring it back.

Whiteboard is what made having the boardroom so efficient trying to get particular people’s computers to link on so that they can view it. It’s just not as efficient when it comes to brainstorming and putting it visually on the whiteboard if you can, please allow the whiteboard back into the app.. Thank you

The work you recently did to the app is a complete disaster. The app now is not usable: one can't even join the room. I was promoting it before as a great tool for online meetings, but after the new release it's cut, ugly and useless. Not well done. This is not the quality of software we expect from Meta.

They had a great thing going and they ruined everything that made the app great by removing the white board and keyboard features. It was the best thing out there for study groups, tutoring, and test prep in a distraction free environment. There's really no added benefit over Zoom. It's just a much more complicated novelty version of Zoom. Don't waste your time.
