As a pharmacy technician in real life I got this game to see how realistic it was in hopes to share with family and friends. But to my surprise when I got on to play it is part of a course that you have to pay for (which it doesnt tell you this anywhere when looking at the game on the shop). The course itself is $3800! A huge let down and irritating that nothing mentioned this course.
