An awesome psychological VR Experience

The Amygdala Protocol already delivers strong psychological horror, even while still in development. The atmosphere is immersive, tense, in progress and carefully constructed. The hospital setting feels controlled and unsettling in a way that fits the theme perfectly. There are a few minor bugs, but the developers are responsive and clearly passionate about improving the experience. With continued polish and accessibility improvements, this has the potential to become a standout VR horror title. As to playing this experience has been more than just a horror game for me, it feels like stepping into something carefully crafted with intention. Even while still in development, the atmosphere is incredibly powerful. The tension builds slowly, the environment feels unsettling, and the psychological weight of the experience lingers even after taking the headset off. It’s not just about the jumpscares, it’s about anticipation, vulnerability, and immersion. Yes, there are minor bugs and areas that still need polishing, but that’s part of development. What truly stands out is the dedication of the team. The developers listen. They care. They are actively improving the experience and welcoming feedback from players. That kind of passion is rare and meaningful. You can feel that this game isn’t rushed, it’s being shaped and that gives me a lot of confidence in where it’s heading. With continued refinement, accessibility improvements, and the strong psychological foundation it already has, this has the potential to become something truly special in VR horror. Whispers in the Dark Corridors

From the moment you step into its eerie, abandoned setting, the atmosphere is great, the sound design is particularly unsettling; distant noises, subtle environmental cues, and that constant feeling of being watched create a thick layer of dread. And several jump scares to boot. There are some good setting customisations but feel a seated mode would be beneficial as it’s my preferred type of play. Also a clue mode would help as I got lost for ages, so some mechanism if you get stuck to help you out. I realise this is early access and will update my review as and when it is updated and patched.

A PRETTY GOOD HORROR ADVENTURE

Jumped in with anticipation, as I had my eye on this game since I saw the trailers, its early access so I know the dev still aims to add more features, I would love some foot steps and just some crispier graphics, some of the text is too low, but the game does have a creepy atmosphere, I have had more than one jump scare, scary children are the worst in horror games, there is a lot of potential and keen to see the updates to the game. I hope the continues to improve the game, it could be up there with the best horror games.

Glitch

No matter what I do I’m either short like a toddler or too tall to reach the doorknobs. WTF !?!?!? Unable to even play it.👎🏻👎🏻
