Well done, but it's 2D
Unless you're interested in buying one of these particular houses, this app is not very interesting. It's well done, comfortable and the interface is good, but all the pics are mono 360 (2D). And if it's not 3D, it's not really virtual "reality". I've seem better apps for architecture showcase in real 3D, the most recent one is called theViewer.
