Interesting Concept, Poorly Executed

I have been really wanting some new types of experiences in VR and a Clue-like detective game sounded like just the perfect fit. But this game is clunky and not well designed. The gameplay and instructions are not intuitive at all. The poor grammar used in the menus of the tutorial should have been my first clue that this was going to be amateur hour, but I pushed on anyway to give it a try. The rules sounded easy but once you start playing the execution is way off. The floating ghost thing dropping hints could work but the game mechanisms and flow need polishing. You are supposed to guess the killer after your turn but you can select multiple suspects in one turn…? I tried moving my character to the various rooms but there is no story moving anything forward at all. Oh well, guess I’ll keep waiting for more options in this genre. Refunding.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great, suspenseful single-player game! Who Is The Killer? really impressed me with its atmosphere and how it pulls you into searching for clues and uncovering the truth. Brilliantly designed for anyone who enjoys logical thinking and tension. Perfect if you want to experience a detective story in VR at your own pace.

Where's the guide

Great concept but there is basically no tutorial. Can't do anything but move from room to room. Tried several times to examine rooms and question suspects but never could figure it out. Ask for help from developer for help buy no reply. Sadly I am going to ask for a refund.

It could be better

I really expected it to be a good game, immersing me in an investigation and abstracting all the thoughts and clues. But this game doesn't give any tips or ideas on how to play or how it works. It definitely feels like money thrown in the trash.
