Worth a purchase even if it lacks depth.

Protip: Upgrade W1911 gun quickly. It is cheap to do so and makes the level goals more attainable. Just to be clear, this game is worth buying. The game is fun, the developers are responsive and communicative about issues and updates. The shooting feels great and accurate. The voice acting is alright but you are not here for that so nothing to worry about there. There are enough levels and challenges that make the price of admission worthy. The only part I feel this game misses is in the dept. There are multiple guns with upgrades but you don't feel you have many options. You don't choose a gun based on your preference and style of play, you just take the most powerful one or the one that helps you meet one of the four goals per level which is usually the most powerful gun. The perks are a bit limited and do not make significant enough changes to make the game feel different or interesting. If they took away the perks, no one would notice. I think what would be way more interesting is if the perks had significantly larger impacts and could be applied to each gun. A larger variety of perks and maybe each perk has levels that can be upgraded like the guns to increase their effectiveness. There are three types of guns; handgun, machine gun, and shotgun. Then you get variations and can upgrade them. However it still feels like 3 guns. It would be neat if there were things like Molotov cocktails, grenades, saws, flame thrower, hatchet, throwing knives or the crazy number of weapons used in the movies. Just more variety. What I would like even more would be gun customization that isn't just skins. Say I take the hand gun and apply a scope and then can get a laser scope or I take the shotgun and change the spread or the reload speed or the accuracy. Zombieland fan

If you're a zombieland fan I recommend this one game for you it is addictive and I've been on it all day off and on having to recharge my Oculus 2. So if you're wake me in a zombieland fan you're going to want to get a power pack charger for your Oculus 2 or your VR device and I would definitely have a couple batteries because I am addicted to it I have to put on headphones my wife says so it doesn't disturb her from watching The Golden girls in the memory of Betty White losing her today but again if you're a zombieland fan this is the game for you guys.

Yes and no

It locks certain depth when it comes to customizing weapons and story but if you read this you'll understand why doesn't really matter in the long run but overall this is actually a pretty fun game. Getting the quest 2 I was expecting to play a lot more games with the thumb sticks and be able to move freely in the environment but this wasn't the case with Zombieland. So this game actually isn't a free roaming game whatsoever. The goal of the game is to get headshots to take time off of your overall time at the end of each level. Every time that you're done killing a set amount of zombies that they throw your way all you have to do is look towards the direction of a blue orb that's on the ground and it teleports your character there. It's very unfortunate because I bought this game expecting it to be a little bit more wacky, fun, free roaming but that's not what I got at all. I got this game in a bundle deal so it wasn't too bad of a purchase but the other game that I got is the exact same way except it's more boring and a lot slower pace. This game is perfect if you have a couple of people over because it's super easy for newbies to play this game since you don't have to move on your own. This is something that I would expect to be in an arcade. If anyone has played Time crisis you've played this. I will admit though, it is pretty fun for me and the wife to try to beat each other's times. The fact that I was expecting something free roam and didn't get that sucks but the rest of the game actually makes up for it in terms of pickup and play and not have to worry about a storyline. Love this game!

This is my favorite game, my only complaint is the fact that I have played all courses repeatedly. After a while, you get bored with the same scenery. Are there any plans for adding new locations? I would love a new level or location every now and again.

Using Second Gun

Hi I am new to the VR and am struggling as to how to fire the shotgun. I can pick it up out of my gun belt with the trigger but as soon as I let the trigger go the shotgun goes back into the gun belt. The first gun is fine… I just can’t see what I am missing and it’s going to stop me from progressing. The game itself is great I am really enjoying it especially as there is a novice level Evan if I am still having problems. I know this is me and not the game.
