ZOMVIRUS is a VR Zombie Survival Action Shooter with Co-op, built for players who want the pressure of staying alive together. Team up with a friend and face the outbreak side-by-side — revive each other, cover angles, call targets, and survive waves that would shred solo players. When your partner reloads late or panics, you either clutch the moment or you both go down hard.

Unlike slow and predictable enemies, you will face fast and intelligent Korean zombies that chase, flank, and coordinate with swarm AI. Their behavior adapts to your location, noise, and vision, keeping survival tense at all times. Equip yourself with 20+ realistic weapons, including the K2 rifle and K5 pistol, designed with manual reloads, two-handed handling, recoil, and authentic ballistics.

Waves of infected crash in from every direction, demanding clean headshots, fast reloads, and constant movement. Some zombies sprint at your face, others swarm from behind, and a few slip through gaps you forgot to watch. If your aim drops or your comms break, someone dies.

Maps force you to hold corners, track footsteps, rotate before you're trapped, and manage ammo while breathing hard. Survival isn’t about racking up kills — it’s about lasting one more wave when your hands shake and your magazine’s dry.

If you love VR shooters, zombies, survival pressure, and co-op moments where a single headshot saves the run, this is your arena.

Stay tight. Stay loud. Stay alive.

Will be a great co-op game

Since this is an early access game, I was only able to play alone. I watched my friends playing beforehand and when it became my turn, I realized that the game was scarier than how it looked on screen. The screen in the main room says that the multiplayer mode will be updated soon and I'll be playing this game again with friends who have fought better than I did.

Just finished playing stage 1 and 2

So far the atmosphere is extremely scary. it is a great single player game and even a fun party game if the casting mode is being used. I had hard time passing through the tutorial. It would be better if the direction stays on the top/middle of the screen as it skips so fast. But the stages are fun and challenging.

PLAY ALONE!!! with no one around u!

Lowkey? This game slaps. Hongdae looks good with those neon lights, clubs, all of it. Then boom, zombies randomly run at you. Gunplay is clean, movement feels pretty good, and the zombies are actually terrifying in the beggining. Story is whatever, but the street vibes are top tier. If you like fast shooters + K-zombie energy, it’s a yes. **4/5 stars. Would get jump-scared again.** Looking forward their update.

Zombirus on Meta VR

So, I don’t usually write app reviews, but Zombirus impressed me enough to actually leave one. The game feels noticeably more realistic than other zombie titles I’ve tried—everything from the atmosphere to the way enemies move pulls you in. The weapons are especially well done. The guns feel solid, the reload motions are smooth, and even the melee attacks have a nice weight to them. It’s clear the developers put real care into the combat system. Overall, Zombirus delivers a surprisingly immersive experience and stands out among VR zombie games. Definitely worth checking out.

Review for this well-crafted Zombie game

I enjoyed my first time with Zomvirus. First, I really liked the Stage 1 environment and the zombie designs—they felt well-crafted and helped set the mood. The sound design also matched the game very well and added a lot to the overall atmosphere. Second, I think players who are already familiar with firearms will find the gun handling intuitive. In particular, inserting the magazine and chambering a round before firing felt natural and straightforward. Lastly, I have one constructive suggestion regarding the tutorial: I’d appreciate more on-screen subtitles or clearer guidance. For example, there was a prompt that said “go to the table,” but there were multiple tables, so it wasn’t clear which one to approach. It might help to specify the exact table or add a visual indicator (such as an arrow). Personally, I also struggled at first with the part where you need to holster the gun at your waist, so an additional explanation or a clearer cue there would be very helpful. Overall, I’m excited to see how the game develops, and I’m looking forward to future updates.
