First, disappointing and misleading to see all the low scores related to needing to purchase a license. This isn't a casual gaming experience! It's a tool for clinical students and practioners to learn and reinforce procedural skills. I've found it uses solid concepts and a nice step by step approach to training. Would be a great tool to add to any training or refresher puritan covering these skills.
