Much improved!

It's a really good game once you dial in your settings! Turn on the stereoscopic cutscenes and make sure you use button reload and automatic ammo pickup. Combat is just too fast for the immersive reload and picking up ammo by hand to not feel cumbersome. I also recommend using QGO to up the resolution by 120% and set the framerate to 90hz.

Meh

I was waiting so long for this game. Out of all the games that were released and or announce before the holiday season this was the last one on the horizon for me. Unfortunately, it’s a disappointment and I’m tired of games being built up just to let me down. I don’t know if Meta doesn’t offer developers enough support or what the problem is but this is a reoccurring issue. I can say there is a lot of potential here the actual gameplay and movement felt good when it worked properly. The game could look good but would need a big update . I’m not gonna go into detail and do a in depth review. I don’t really do reviews and there’s plenty of others that will pick this thing apart. I’m just here to vent my frustration because that’s the only way this gets fixed…if it does. I honestly think everything‘s here for it to become a good game it just wasn’t ready. Like so many other quest games this thing is half baked and needs to go back in the oven. I’m refunding it if the developers fix this, which I really hope they do I’ll purchase it again but as it stands there is no way this is a $40 game. The quest needs good campaign based games. I am so tired of rogue like games pleas finish it.

Need more games like this

One of the most underrated fps games made. I played this on ps3 when it first came out and also on the 360. I also have it on switch (gyro controls are great on that as well). This VR edition is by far the best version. Makes you feel like you’re in the game and embody the character. Hope this developer and others remake other legendary titles from the past. Imagine the Transformers cybertron games in VR 🤩. If you’re a fan of this genre don’t miss out on Bulletstorm in VR!

IT IS UNPLAYABLE! DO NOT BUY!

This game is 100% unplayable.There is horrible stuttering and freezing every other second. I tried rebooting my Quest 3 and reinstalled the game and the stuttering is still there. Unfortunately I purchased this product a while ago and tried it only now, so no refund for me. Please DO NOT BUY IT. Do not waste your money on something broken. I don't even know why META allows this kind of bugged software on their platform.

What a mess

Ignoring the frequent crashes, terrible AI and glitches which make certain weapons nearly unusable, I'm especially disappointed by the large amount of cut content, with entire acts from the original game missing, replaced by bland and boring Trishka "exclusive content". You spend a few minutes running about repurposed maps from the flatscreen version with no banter or story instead of killing hordes enemies with a remote-controlled mechanical dinosaur... This game is like watching a poor movie adaptation of your favourite book.
