A Meta update wrecked their audio codecs

Hey everyone, these guys are awesome and produce amazing content in the space! Unfortunately a recent Meta update screwed up their audio codecs across most of their apps. I don't believe it was their fault and it is likely pretty complicated to fix. I'm sure they are doing everything in their power to get it worked out. I like many others are disappointed that a lot of the content isn't available in the apps and are hoping it gets fixed as quickly as possible. Alot of the content is available to stream in the meantime. The situation really sucks for everyone involved but, I don't think hitting them with 1 star reviews is really warranted if you understand the situation. That being said Felix and Paul, a disclaimer should probably be on all affected apps until this issue is resolved to prevent people from unknowingly downloading and purchasing apps that aren't currently working. I hope everything gets fixed asap because I really miss everything!

Blurry

I love the content from these producers. You really feel like a participant, not just an observer. My only issue us that they all seem blurry. My settings are crisp viewing for navigating the menus, but the video starts and it looks like Vaseline has been spread over the lens. What's up with that? Great camera work, though.

Wonder-filled

I had my first VR experience at the end of “The Van Gogh Immersive Experience in Seattle. They offered a 15 minute 360° VR experience utilizing Oculus Quest 2 Headsets. I loved it! After arriving home, I ordered a Q2. The first content that I was attracted to was Space Explorers (Space Station). I absolutely loved it and then started exploring the additional content available on Felix and Paul Studios. Cirque du Soleil “samplers” was amazing as was Jurassic World, Obama’s Tour of the White House. I’m looking forward to experiencing more. I’ll be using this content to introduce friends and family to VR. Thank you Felix & Paul for the amazing and inspiring work you and your team are doing. Keep it coming!

Great, but downloaded videos are removed

Hello, this probably the best content on my Oculus Q2! but I have the same problem as venetjim02: My downloaded movies/videos are removed randomly after a few days but I never deleted them.... This is a real problem as I wanted to fill my Oculus Q2 256Gb with good content to make a present for my old parents who live in an isolated place and cannot stream because of their too slow internet connexion...I hope this bug will be corrected soon. 5 stars without this bug!

SCAM: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP

FELIX & PAUL STUDIOS, SHOULD IMMEDIATELY ISSUE REFUNDS. BUT, INCREDIBLY, THEY ARE STILL SELLING THESE CURRENTLY NON-WORKING APPS!!! Some four months ago stopped working. Felix & Paul Studios simply displays a B.S. message that informs that the app is experiencing technical difficulties, on which it is currently trying for fix. This same message, over and over again. There certainly has been ample time to address this issue. I do believe that the issue is not merely a "technical" one. Instead, I am substantially certain that there is some sort of contractual dispute between META and Felix & Paul Studios. It seems illogical that a purely technical issue is causing the same problems with three of the four apps. Please allow me to repeat myself at the risk of seeming crude: Felix & Paul Studios has had more than enough time to fix any purported "technical" problems. Accordingly, I think the company is deceiving us purchasers. I purchased four Felix & Paul Studios apps: (1) Space Explorers; (2) Jurassic World; (3) Cirque de Soleil; and (4) Felix and Paul Studios. Initially, all four apps played perfectly, except for audio problems with the Cirque de Soleil. However, four months ago, all but the Cirque de Soleil app ceased functioning. Now, all I get is an error message each time I try to load the other three apps.
