In the event of an earthquake, you can fall from the wall or break windows, so protect yourself by moving under durable furniture or to a corner.

• Check the evacuation route

Check the safest route for evacuation, as buildings can be damaged or collapse after an earthquake. Choose an obstacle-free and safe exit to evacuate quickly.

• Use stairs instead of elevators

In the event of an earthquake, the elevator can break down, so make sure to take the stairs to evacuate. Using the elevator may put you in greater danger.
