Not actually free
As soon as you load in your view is obstructed by a big panel asking for login info. No fair! I wanted to inject 100x the lethal dose of some chemical into a patient with a fractured elbow or something!

Love it!!!
I love this game! It is $17 to play then $31/m BUT in my opinion definitely worth it if you need to improve your nursing skills! I am struggling to find where I can find my grades for completed cases but it’s definitely realistic and definitely fun. It was kinda stressful starting out because I’m still early in my nursing program so some stuff I didn’t know but for the most part it’s definitely a learning experience. Definitely enjoying the game regardless. Good luck to those who are trying ! 🩷🩷
