InMotion is an immersive new way to experience your favorite PC games and movies. Any flat PC game becomes somewhere you are, not something you watch. You're inside it, not looking in from the outside. Turn your head, and the whole world turns with you.

Flat scenes stop looking flat. The foreground steps closer, the background falls away, and the picture's light spills past the edges into your view, so the world melts into your own. Movies come alive with the same depth: any video, not only the ones made for 3D.

Your whole library works as it is, with no special VR games or mods. Play with your controllers or your keyboard and mouse, whatever feels right, and connect in moments over Wi-Fi or USB-C.

Early, but promising

This isn't ready for end users yet, but it's a great taste for enthusiasts. Games weren't playable for me yet (version 0.2.0), but the turning 2d games into 3d games works amazingly well. It was even able to turn my windows desktop background into 3d, which is just... magic. This is still too way too early if you're looking for something that just works, but if you want to support something that is clearly going to magically make games 3d into actual 3d with your VR glasses, then it's a great time to jump in.

Great app that works really well

I have played with a few similar apps and this one works well and has some serious potential. The app has many settings to play with to get the best 3D experience possible. I will say this is surprisingly light on resources on my PC and I have not experienced many issues. If you want to watch videos in 3D or play games this app works very well and I am glad I took a chance on it. I will probably use this full time going forward.

Simple, Practical, and Full of Potential

Overall, I really enjoyed the application. In my opinion, it feels like getting two products in one. The main idea is to play almost any PC game in VR with full 360° immersion, which is already impressive. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the flat-screen 3D mode. It ended up being my favorite feature, as it adds a great sense of depth while keeping the gameplay comfortable. I tested it with several games, including GTA V Enhanced, Forza Horizon 6, Fortnite, Valorant, Corepunk, and others. Another thing I really liked is how easy the application is to use. Connecting it to the PC and starting to play is very straightforward, without requiring complicated setup or game-specific mods. At the same time, the app still offers customization options, especially the image filters, allowing users to fine-tune the experience to their liking. The biggest issue I noticed was performance. The application seems to demand quite a bit from the PC, although I understand that it's still in its early stages of development. I believe this is something that can improve over time with further optimization. On the other hand, one of the biggest advantages for me was being able to play through Xbox Cloud Gaming. Since the games are streamed, they don't put extra load on my PC, and this is exactly what I was looking for. Unlike other VR solutions that require installing mods for each game, Cybionyx Inmotion works without any modifications, which means virtually every game can be used. That level of compatibility is one of the application's strongest points. The only other issue I experienced was occasional drops in image quality. This happened only rarely, and I believe it was mostly related to my Wi-Fi connection rather than the application itself. After switching to a wired connection, the experience became much more stable, although I still noticed a few very brief quality drops from time to time. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Cybionyx Inmotion.

A SMART WAY TO PLAY PC FLAT GAMES IN 3D

InMotion offers a very interesting concept. It doesn't turn flat games into true VR, but the AI depth effect and head tracking create a surprisingly immersive feeling. Setup is easy, keyboard and mouse support is a huge plus, and it gives a fresh way to enjoy PC games and movies. For movies, all the adjustment options (contrast, brightness, etc.) are available, and the effect is striking, despite a few artifacts and distortions. Looking forward to seeing how the project evolves. Great app!

Amazing app!!!

I have to say that im impressed! For such an early stage of the project it is very well done and i enjoy it a lot. It is not perfect but im sure the dev is gonna work hard on improving it and it truly is gonna become a popular app. Im not only enjoying the gaming aspect but the 3d movie potential this app has is insane!
