On Telescopic Crane, Trying to get controls to work correctly is near impossible.. Port and tower crane work alot better. With Port Crane, last few times it was saying that the boat was rocking and it was windy, there was nothing. Problem with tower crane, is you get 0 guidance where you are supposed to pick the beams up. I tried two different places that look like beams and couldn't pick up no matter what I tried

The controls are disjointed. In a sense they are realistic: moving my hand bumped the joysticks and caused the crane to move. But having to put my hands in the right place was difficult. I accidentally teleported out of the cab while figuring out the controls. And there's no guidance on what to pick up, much less where to place it.
